i dont if im in the right section for this thread but i try ;-)

is the ingame chat still in use or is it dead ... how do the people communicate to each other when not in the same clan (i mean for smalltalk etc.)

i wish my some communication but everytime i join the chat's its always empty :(

Click on chat to communicate with other players. Generally players prefer to visit "Inquiry Room".

It depends on the time of the day, obviously if you visit at 4 in the morning no one will be there to chat with you.
