on what basis do a faction gets points for talent....
because i saw an elf of level 6 with advanced fortune...for which we need 20 or 18(i don't remember)but i am getting just 15 points on this level......how is it? |

different factions have different talent wheels and different talent costs.
For an elf basic/advanced/expert luck is only 7 points each. |
