Any transfers, (including those through the market or through a third party), combats (including those with other players involved) and "Two Towers" games between multiple characters of one person are prohibited. Such line should clearly state who is the main character, and who is the extra one. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked without any warning!
Though he is seemingly loaning money to his multi he is still breaking the rules.
In all transfer log on first page you can see all names of character mentioned in this. And them directly loaning Ghost_face aside from the obvious 2 multis we may have another 2 or more on top of that.
