I saw this in the transfer log of a knight. I don't see this in my Castle. I'm fairly sure the refund used to be in the transfer log, but I can't find mine now. Perhaps it was removed, or maybe I'm just imagining things.

due to balance purpose, all of them were removed. anyway, refer back to HoMM, these building will function once the castle is under siege. the defender will get bonus stats boost for siege battle.
in LoWM, we dont have siege battle. the removed building was to boost the alternative stats on each faction for 1 hr. it was like a tavern drink. | | These special buildings were removed as Talents were introduced. |
