all artifacts give you certain stat bonuses.
racial levels, talents and tavern drink also adds stats
thief guild (lv6+) give 1% ini per lv
merc guild (lv 5+) gives 1 stat point every 2 levels
hunter guild gives att bonus per lv
labour guild gives def bonus every alt lv.
