Fro a demon the talent concentration needs 74 talent points to reach.
That means you need level 18 to use this talent, Yet not even the .ru is thre yet.
Why have talents that cost so much if we cant get them? | | We'll get them when the level cap is increased :P | there s another talent that needs 87 talent points...
Retribution for elves, you need Advanced Offence, Battle furry, Rain of Arrows, Brethen Commander
and for brethen commander you need advanced leadership and rally
All those talents cost 10 points for elves, except Rain of Arrows, thats only 7
So a total of 87 points, you need to be level 21 for that !!!
and dont forget that the talents are still `in test`
