Every time I face this player with faction which beats him 100% he doesn't setup and wait with moves till the last second. There was already 10+ battles like this.
This time I have recorded the video.

| keepers can track the time of the move. I would recommend posting in the ru forum unless you can wait for beliar to wake up in a year or two. |

Beliar/Lexa leave this to the keepers. If you know which keeper is getting the case, keep poking him/her to handle it. On RU forum it should take no longer then 72 hours.
If it stays open to long, you can poke Beliar or Lexa. |
