Hello!
Last LeG event I bought Valkyries and I believe they were worth the investment (same as pikemen I bought ages ago). Are there any other troops OP enough to justify the cost?
I am asking especially because diamond golems seem good for certain opponents. |
| Diamond golems are good for rare occasions. else we have many substitutes. it is not really worth it to spend 600k on diamond golems for few levels in events. same goes for other troops currently available for 600k |

The only epics worth 600k are prison guards, huns, pikemen, and valks. Orc warriors and varg riders are also decent. |

yes, most units dont give good value for thier leadership cost. there are a few that do and they have been listed above by AP, just like the vast majority of legendary units arent worth using with the exceptions of white tigers, sphynx mummies, wanderers and a few others. Same is to be said of most blue units. |
Interesting discussion. What are the best units to look for (all round)? If I to buy a unit for 600k, I wanted it to be almost auto include.
Any tips from the experts are greatly appreciated. |

| It's not really worth buying rares (blues) for gold, since you'll get them through trading anyways. |
they are all listed... maybe renegade magicians and/or exiled mages but those are not really worth 600k.
i did use both of those a decent amount of time this event vs hero enemies with the enhanced damage magic punches and the high ini renegade magicians to kill high defence low hp enemies. |
honestly speaking there is only one unit that is truly worth 600k and thats valkeries but that comes down to individual opinion. pikemen can be ignored for double lizard+sea witch buffs as shown above in the link i provided
prison gaurds orc warriors can be substituted by any low cost tanky unit like lodestone golems nomads sentries etc.
this event i primarily used wanders+valks+buffers and scorps to bait/retal for pve
double lizard+magicians/buffs+bait
1 battle i used diamond golems and necro shootersvs high amount of poison mushroom shooters from enemy. |
