| Hey i currently can do 4% weapons wonder what is the cheapest way to get that up how much is the normal price to ask for enchanting someone and stuff like that | If you are not max enchanter you will be the one paying for the enchant. Sometimes it may be just covering the extra element sets, sometimes you may offer gold per element or to cover a few element sets. That depends on your business model and what gets someone to come to you.
Cheapest way is to put up a modification with the cheapest elements. So look up price and compare. Pointless saying cheapest is X as prices fluctuate.
