I can do up to 5x11 Jewelry enchanting and I and roll back 4 elements per type (except Fern Flower) for x11 enchantments.
If you are interested in more than x11; I can take the Jewelry to x11 and it is much quicker for a 5x12 skilled smith to finish.
Fern Flowers are needed for each new enchant and increase with each enchantment added. A full enchantment requires 2+4+6+8+10 = 30 Fern Flower.
