AuthorPlaying unholy necro in WG
How is the 3-star rating determined for this faction that relies on raising the dead? I'm wondering, how many times can I raise before the game decides not to award me 3 stars?

Thanks!
if units die they count as dead, so if you lose 20 vampires, raise lose 15, raise lose 10, raise lose 17 etc the game will only count it as a loss of 20 vampires
It counts the HP of your army
Feels to me there is some other variables going into account. Had a battle recently with just proclaimers and polters surviving with both of them having been raised and still got 3 stars. On other occasions my army was barely touched and it only gave out 2 or even 1 star(s).
Remember it is this counting system of your total hp at the end compared to when it was won way back when.

As such it is probably compared to a similarly low surviving hp. This means that a narrow win can still give 3 stars, since it may be compared to an even narrower win.

I would expect that this should make them a good army to use for WG as if you try to raise mostly one troop the moment it is compared to an original army which resurrected more evenly across all stacks it should work to your advantage
3 stars with a lot of raising, still not sure how it's determined.
the actual link could have helped^^

I admit I don't know how it works, but from my experience it's quite hard to not get 3 stars in WG with UN (if you win).

yea pretty easy to 3*

mostly came here to point out 300 fiends did more damage then +70 attack full offense talents luck hit on 13 dragons onto a +32 defence opponent. definitely a balanced faction. XD
I love how you show a battle where you smash the opponent, then suggest that it is the faction you walked all over that is broken.

While I do understand the specific point you mention, it must be looked at in the wider context of an overall battle, in which case this does not support your argument!
for Lord MilesTeg:
im playing a counter to dark demon. i have like 50 more stats and the most OP t7 in the game with full offense talents and luck hit does less damage then a t2 unit that has no offense talents and very weak attack. in pvp dark demons have 60/60 stat lines which means i would do like 1000 damage with that luck hit and fiends would deal 3000+ damage on the leap.

just because i smashed the poor ai due to stat difference doesnt mean that the unit in question isnt absurdly broken.
The balance of your argument is just off however. Troops are not balanced one versus another, but faction to faction overall.

The citing of one piece of evidence, in isolation amongst a host of other factors, and drawing a conclusion, ergo broken troop, is just not a balanced argument, that is all.
xoxlonazis must die!
