Is able to consistently pick up estate licences within seconds or a minute or two. Given the speed he picks up on the item going to be sold and the range of different licences he buys, I do not think it realistic that he is sitting and refreshing constantly across the range of locations to pick them up at these speeds. I think it much more likely that he is using a script to purchase them automatically and then resell or else arranging in advance for people to put things on the market when he is ready to check.
