Well because this will stop players from abusing the multi accounts to benifit from rare artifacts
That is the only reason that I can think of and I might be wrong |
It was also to force players to play the game.
When they released empire set and others these were much more powerful than other sets. The only way to get it was to play as these were prestige sets that couldn't be easily bought. This meant the top guys had to max out all the events. Clans were pushing people through and no doubt a lot of diamonds and gold were spent to get these. Admins like diamonds. |
| The process in turn resulted in great influx of donation arts. Nowadays players without donation arts sets aren't competitive any more in events and PvP battles. |
