The status of the Empire’s Lord or Lady has always been more than just an abstract title or a simple praise. In these two words lies something more - some special symbolism on which many imperial traditions are based, both military and socio-cultural. The image of a champion in the eyes of a simple man on the street should not evoke anything other than a feeling of sincere pride. They serve as a role model and an example of ideal loyalty to the Empire. Absolute and untainted. In fact, the blinding light of feigned virtue often hides the shadow of dark secrets. Real or imagined. Long forgotten or regularly reminding us of themselves. Anyone, who has once been touched by true Darkness, will bear Her mark in their soul forever. And at the hour when She awakens, only a few will be able to reject Her call.
Lords and Ladies, champions of Darkness! The Darkness is calling to you! Her call can be heard from everywhere, and there is no point in resisting it. Her armies require your combat and leadership forte. Only you can bring Her will to life.
Combat briefing:
- Lords and Ladies of combat level 5 or above are invited to participate.
- You will command troops of the Army of Darkness.
- Your own skills and magic will not work. All participants will get pre-set talents and spells.
- Only shop artifacts are allowed, and enchantments have no effect. It is recommended to have a few parameter points of Spell power and Knowledge in order to be able to efficiently wield the available Darkness spells.
- You can recruit your own starting army from the available troops using 10,000 silver.
- The list of units available for recruiting and their numbers will expand as you progress in battles during the event.
- The units’ hiring prices will stay the same throughout the event.
- The event involves battles against enemies on the map and battles against enemies that are guarding silver.
- Important! Battles with enemies on the map will affect the overall progress of the event and the quality of the rewards in battles with the guardians of silver. In these battles you can earn only the main rewards but they will not bring you silver.
- Important! Silver can only be obtained in battles against the guardians of silver, within which it will be possible to pick a fight with one of the three possible opponents whose strength is based on the current Lord’s or Lady’s army. The more main stages are completed, the more silver these battles will bring.
- New! On each battle stage on the map, it will be possible to receive up to 1,500 event points. Each victorious silver battle will reduce that point value [100 - number of completed stages]. Each loss against the guardians of silver will take away 1 point. Each defeat in the main battle, except for the first on each stage, will take away 10 points.
- Important! The number of battles against the guardians of silver within one battle stage is limited by the number of available event points at that stage.
- Important! The maximum possible amount of silver during this event is 2,000,000.
- Important! You can disband any of the troops you’ve recruited for a 100% refund in silver.
- Important! A total of 100 main battle stages will be available.
- On the first day, only opponents of the 10 initial battle stages are available for attack. 10 more stages will become available each subsequent day.
- Important! There are no limits on attempts during the entire campaign.
- The event will last for 12 days, through June 27 inclusively.
- For winning battles on the map, you can receive points toward Mercenaries’ and Hunters’ Guilds; gold; creature artifacts; elements; diamonds; summoning scrolls; creatures into Leaders’ Guild reserves; parts of creatures in reserve; and even parts of special artifacts.
- The top 75 military clans and all of their active Lords and Ladies may count on further recognition and rewards. Awarding will be based on the final clan ranking, where the final result will be equal to the sum of event points gained by Top-100 Lords and Ladies of the clan.
- Non-blocked Lords and Ladies of successful military clans will be rewarded if they bring to their clan at least 60,000 event points.
- If a Lord or Lady leaves or is evicted from a military clan, the clan loses all the points the Lord or Lady gained for that clan; if they rejoin the clan, all the points will be returned to the clan.
- Leaving the clan on the last day of the event and before the award ceremony will be forbidden (important!).
- Admission to military clans from the second day of the event will be limited to 3 Lords or Ladies per day (important!).
- Important! Lords and Ladies who have achieved more than 50 map victories will not be able to join any military clan until the event is over.
- The Lords and Ladies who defeat an enemy of the 12th battle stage will additionally be rewarded by the Empire with a unique trophy artifact and a corresponding achievement. The artifact's durability will be determined only by the number of points gathered. No other extra rewards other than those mentioned in this announcement are planned.
During the event, it is possible to gain up to 25 parts of Fear Shield and up to 20 parts of Heaven Dagger. In addition — up to 5 more parts of Fear Shield will be given depending on your military clan’s rank!
Extremely important! During this event, the "Battle Exhaustion" system is in effect. Starting from the 15th turn of any battle, all enemy units will gain the ability 'Attentive', and an increase in initiative and speed. Notifications corresponding to this exhaustion will appear as a warning 1 turn before and at the onset of exhaustion.
