Depends what potion you are referring to. Labourers, thieves etc. can only be used if your guild is below the average for your level. Potion of skill (fsp) can be used anytime. |

| for Acean: its in major pvp tournaments or on balanced time frames in cg battles. it evens out stats and makes all factions like fsl 12-13 so no one has advantage of stats or anti in pvp. |

This must have been something they gave in some special ocasion, like bunns on new year, I have never seen it as well must had been pre merge. |
