I like an idea of heaven faction.
And make it based on the 3 spheres of heaven.
Based on the Bayonetta setting.
But if you can’t come up with the normal angel design you could make biblical accurate angels
A another faction would be Japanese yokai faction
Where the creature are based on yokai.
A another faction would be Ninja faction but you could be another from Japan
A another faction idea is alchemist faction
For this faction, frankstein, golems and science based creatures.
Lovecraft faction would be a good idea
Cavemen faction is a good idea. |

| A samurai faction could be amazing, using both yokai and samurai in their roster |
| Find a HOMM game with samurai and you'll be golden. |
It's more likely we get the Fortress faction than these.
