To put a pin in this:
Artifacts have gotten stronger over time and so the new sets are much more powerful than the older ones. The worldwalker set makes this obvious, since it is meant as an upgrade to the temporal set.
Some items from heavy temporal are still OP (the staff, amulet, mage shoes), but the set as a whole is considerably worse than newer options.
If you can get the staff, amulet, and shoes for a good price as part of the package, could still be worth it. |

If you are a donor or an enroll freak with money to burn and plenty of inventory space and like to collect artifacts then go for them.
If not, +2 ini for 3 items isn't worth it.
You can find better or similar with less repair cost. |
