The news of the Fox gang's extermination and the demise of its leader spread quickly across the vastness of the bandit wastelands, inevitably forming a great number of speculations and rumors. Even though the local leaders were far from always understanding of the strange quirks of the fallen commander, he was still one of them — the one who contributed to the upholding of the local brutal order. Without any doubt, the damn orcs would be brought to answer for their treachery, but the word went around that before their raid someone had eliminated the entire leadership of the gang and ransacked their hideout. And it had nothing to do with the green-skinned morons. The trail led in the direction of the Empire's borders. And while it would have been a futile and lost cause to hunt for the culprits among the local pack of dogs, the brigands were always more than willing to terrorize the people of the frontier villages.
Valiant Lords and Ladies! The Border Guard reports a worrying increase in bandit gangs in the Wastelands near the Empire's borders. Beyond any doubt, they are preparing for a raid on the peaceful villages. Therefore, Warlord Grammith calls upon all those who care to step into the ranks of the fearless defenders of the Empire, and help to protect its loyal citizens from the insidious cruelty of the ruthless brigands. As many innocent lives as possible must be saved!
Combat briefing:
1) All Lords and Ladies of combat level 5 and higher, wearing shop artifacts are invited to participate, enchantments have no effect;
2) The initial population of the village equals 1000 for each Lord or Lady;
3) New! While defending a village, the Lord or Lady will be joined in a battle by villagers in the number of 10% of the total population. The villagers will not appear on the battlefield at once, but will begin to leave the houses on the 4th, 5th and 6th turn of the battle. The houses will be heavily reinforced, and if by some incredible calamitous misfortune the enemy manages to destroy them before the civilians leave, they will automatically run out of the destroyed house;
4) Battles are fought in a 1-on-1 format;
5) After the battle, every 10 surviving villagers gain a unit of resources, and each surviving house increases the population by 30;
6) For resources, it is possible to repair houses, build and repair towers, increase their damage and durability as well as add new abilities;
7) It costs 10 resources to repair a house, and 20 resources to repair a tower;
8) Each day 12 battles will be available, the unplayed attempts are carried over to the next day. A total of no more than 72 battles can be fought. The last day to finish the battles — 14 of December;
9) As a reward for victories, there is a chance to gain Creature armaments and artifacts from Artifact shop, and after the defense is over, a gold reward will also be available;
10) Each victory will be additionally rewarded with Mercenaries' guild points;
11) Potion of skill is fully functional;
12) The battle rewards will be parts of special artifacts, and more:
for 10 victories: 1 part and 5 Elixirs of restoration;
for 20 victories: 2 parts;
for 30 victories: 3 parts, 5 Elixirs of restoration and Abu-Bakir's Charm lasting for 10 days;
for 40 victories: 4 parts;
for 50 victories: 5 parts and 5 Elixirs of restoration;
for 60 victories: 5 parts and a detachment of rare creatures to reserve;
As well as up to 10 parts of Fear scythe at the final awarding taking into account the individual contribution to the success of the operation.
- The top 75 military clans and all their active members will be specially rewarded. Awarding will be based on the final clan ranking, where the final result will be equal to the sum of points gained by Top-100 Lords and Ladies of the clan in any battle within the event;
- All non-blocked Lords and Ladies of successful military clans will be rewarded if they bring to their clan at least 4,000 points;
- If a Lord or Lady leaves or is evicted from a military clan, the clan loses all the points the Lord or Lady gained for that clan, if they rejoin the clan, all the points will be returned to the clan;
- Leaving the clan on the last day of the event and before the award ceremony will be forbidden;
- Admission to military clans from the second day of the event will be limited to three Lords or Ladies per day;
- Important! Lords and Ladies who complete at least 40 battles, regardless of their outcome, will not be able to join any military clan until the event is over.

Tactical tips:
Think about the initial correct placement of the towers. For instance, if you place them on the first line — they will be broken more often; if you place them further away from the enemy, they will deal less damage due to the greater distance. Try to move the army forward to protect civilians, and also take into account the timing of them leaving the houses so that they don't accidentally block the way for infantry attack units..
Important! The Lords and Ladies with the largest population and number of wins after the end of all the fights will be generously rewarded by the Empire! In addition to gold, a trophy artifact will also be awarded, and its durability will be determined by the Lord’s or Lady’s combat level and faction (regardless of class). The faction to be counted is based on that it was used for at least one battle, and that it performed the best among all the Lords and Ladies of the given faction.
