| A share is probably better purely from an investment standpoint; shares have increased in market value over time (so the actual return is significantly more than the per week income). |

estates are literally only for the +60 inventory spots and maybe the enhanced regen
i still use potions of restoration regardless so my estate only serves inventory space.
it has only made me 80000 gold in over 1.5 years so not worth it that way |
