| I noticed this in TG. But NPC with 3 luck stats spam luck like Tekken combo. While my luck stat also 3 only appear 1 in 5. Is this normal ? |
It's based on a random number generator. Because it's 'luck' sometimes you get unlucky by definition.
Some days the worst moves happen and there's nothing you can do
The base chance is about 10% per luck stat so 1 in 5 luck is not far off the 30% |
| Is this apply when 1 luck stat triggered more often than 3 luck stat ? |
