Lvl 10 smith would repair items at 99% efficiency.

Lvl 11 smith would allow 2 items to be queued one after another if repair time left for first item, is below 4 hours (1 smith point). Thanks to that, smiths would have less gaps in repair queue, especially in periods such as overnight.
If repair efficiency =99%, the price of elements will drop quickly.
0/85 after repair 84/84. Who need elements? Haha
Amount of battles per enchant would increase by about 9% so it should not be a game changer. Allowing to get 5 MG points and 5x reward at once, had much higher influence than this.

Also it is reasonable to estimate that players will use more and higher enchants if cpb is lower.
Queue would be highly welcome! :)
99% efficiency as well, but probably never will happen.
But the faster repair could be a good benefit on higher smith guilde level...
99% could only be for our own items as smiths as a reward, but I don't see it happen.

Que is something we have asked and it is something that can happen and very welcomed.

99% is too high. It would lead to artifact and element repricing and also reduce artifact turnover in facilities.

The effect probably wouldn't be huge but it's not really necessary.

If there was a buff to smiths guild I would support increased gold efficiency i.e. Lower repair cost compared to artifact purchase price and definitely a queue of 48/72 hours
