It was a glorious New Year's adventure. Worthy of its own legend. At least one snowman certainly did.

«Well, young friends, would you like to hear the legendary tale of Sir Archibald III the Snowborn, the Grinch Destroyer, the Savior of the Holiday Tree, and the Tamer of the Polar Monster? Then sit back and get comfortable. One New Year's Eve, the insidious Grinch stole the Christmas tree. Like the one on the square in front of the palace. Or rather, he stole it. He wished not just to spoil the holiday, but to desecrate the holiday tree - and to put a curse on the whole nature, in order to dry it up and deprive it of its usual beauty. Not a single evergreen tree in the Empire-a nightmare beyond imagination. Many Lord and Ladies have responded to the call to teach the villain a lesson, but all hope was on the intrepid snowman. Through a series of trials by the mighty wizard, only he proved himself worthy to lead the quest! No one dared to challenge this choice - and all in unison rushed after the leader. The trail was arduous, and enemies lurked at every turn, but neither stony steppe, nor wild forests, nor stinking swamps, nor even the cursed wilderness could restrain Sir Archibald's resolve! Mechanisms, gnolls, brigands, dragons, and more all resisted the avalanche of snow as the snowman made his way toward his goal. Only he, the scoundrel Grinch, posed a threat. Day and night the battle raged between them, until the heat of the battle was so intense that the Grinch melted like a snowflake in the blazing sun. The Wizard and Santa Claus had meanwhile succeeded in breaking the curse, and everyone spun in a glorious New Year's dance, glorifying Sir Archibald's deed! Even the terrible monster from the land of permafrost, who had secretly tracked the snowman all the way, was so imbued with this atmosphere that in his heart his ravenous fury gave way to loyal loyalty - and he swore eternal friendship to Sir Archibald. Somehow it was like that, if memory serves. The moral of the story is simple - praise the exploits of the fearless snowman!»

Lord and Ladies! The New Year's adventure has successfully come to an end! The festive Christmas tree was saved, and with it nature itself and winter! The Grinch managed to slip away again, but with the weight of yet another defeat, which will be a lesson to him.
