The main "user" of Insults is now currently engaged in other matters which do not allow him to access internet or even use his phone.
Insult should be online now. The amount of mails sent to insult in the past weeks is so little (4) that they will check every once in awhile untill the main "user" gets back.
So yes, they will reply just not always fast.
