Hi, it depends on how many classes the particular faction has.
For tribal and pharaoh (only one class) you need 3 essences for first upgrade and 5 essences for the super unit, which is 8 in total. For most factions (which have 1 alt class, i.e. two possible upgrades), it is 3 more essences = 11 essences in total. For barbarian with 2 alt classes, it is 14 essences total. |
