AuthorMake CG not average level but average XP
A level 15 vs another level 15.
One player has 10% of XP progress while the other has 90% XP progress to level 16.

I think it is fair to say who will win due to massive stat difference as well as anti faction.

CG should take into account this and team should be formed not based on the average level but the average XP.

I think it should definitely be accounted for in the system. If not xp then parameters maybe. But otherwise you cant play cg competitively at new level.

I guess the balanced times tried to solve this but the averages are lets be honest too low if the opponent isnt dragged down
I can't see it really working and it will serve the same function. The level system is pretty much what you are proposing where people are in divisions based on their exp. It just so happens that these divisions are quite wide so you get disparity between top and bottom.

If the levels were subdivided in this way it would cut down the player pool as in point 3. Not to mention average exp is a bit meaningless on its own, it is the fsp/guilds that matter. You can have high exp and terrible stats.

True, but in general players who play CG have above average stats most of the time. It is safe to say that XP is a fair way to determine how strong a character is in CG.

The more xp, the stronger the player. (most of the time for CG battles)

If specifically, i can see it so. But the level pairing should still be equal, meaning 2 lvl15s should still fight 2 lvl15s. But the system should be in a way that the average xp for both teams are around the same IF possible. It does not make sense to pair 2 early lvl15 players vs 2 lvl15 players who are about to level up.

For my level, the disparity isn't that huge. But look at level 22 or 23. The gap is super big lmao.
Why are you suggesting this now when you are losing to people and not when you had a lot of exp into cl 14 and more stats than everyone else?
Anyway like meshy said this could possibly create more bot games since the matchmaking pool is decreased even more

Because I see it now? I could have complained when I was starting early at level 14 too but it did not occur to me. The real question is, if u see it earlier, why did u not suggest it? So if u can open your eyes by looking at my previous thread, I am always ALL for fair PvP.

I much rather play bot games than games where I have no chance.

There will be the same number of players wanting to join, but those numbers would be split into more groups, and as such a greater liklihood of not having a match and so getting a bit
I think this will increase number of players in CG. The pumped players will continue playing CG regardless and the noobs might step up knowing they wont get destroyed in few turns and stand a chance in fairer matches.

Admins can also design it to have a certain allowable gap. So this prevents 2 end game lvl15s to be matched against 2 early game lvl15s
This would change nothing , people who want to play CG play is regardless how far they are with level up, it is nice to have couple stat points more but it doesn't change results of game , it is all about gameplay :)
I don't agree. Sure, I am still gonna play CG. Right now i only play mixed because of DU and being new to 15. But stat points are all that matters bro. U don't say oh this guy has 3 attack more than me, thats nothing. And u take into account arnaments, FSL, clan bonuses and it can be up to a +10 stat difference

Not most of the time. Lets say about 50-60% of the times this is true. And you actually have good stats for your level if I am not judging incorrectly.

Cg is extremely unbalanced in my opinion. I played two battles and the players involved all were a decent level apart from each other. The pairing made no sense to me. Maybe its changed since I have played it?
Stats is one thing. FSP is another thing.

Sure, I have above average stats for my level. But thats because there are a bunch of noobs who don't play PvP or play group battles/quick tournament all the time.

Most players who play CG have above average stats. It is most of the time lol bro.
Sure there are some pumped low xp players but most of the time stronger players have more xp

Skill is not an issue. There is too big of a stat difference. Total of 20 stat difference between our team and their team. Also, both their players have higher xp than us
Small change like this wont make diffirence. There have to be complete overhaul of the mode, if you want to make it only to depend on faction selection, tactical selection, pace and others.

As long as guilds and faction resistances infuence CG, there will be restricted participation, because not everyone is up to grind, nor fight against the odds if dont have top noch guilds and fsp.
Its a fact not oppinion. I have greatly reduced amount of pvp i play, and im not the only one, i know people who tried few battles, but pumpers influenfed them not continue playing.
