I am reporting him because he is reporting me.
The reason he is reporting me is probably because I do not speak the same language as them and he is using poor translation service as an excuse to racially target me.
I called him a noob as he played extremely poorly (not willing to buff my troops which has almost 1.5x the stats of his). He then said I was breaking rules of the game and he is "hurt" and hence, will give me a 20-100k fine.
I looked at his profile and see that he does not have much gold. I strongly believe that he is trying to intimidate me into giving him gold.
If noob is offensive, then give me a fine. But the way he played was definitely "noob" in my opinion. If the translation of "noob" turned into an insult in russian then it is no part my fault and should be blamed on google translate.
He also refered to me as a foreigner, as if com server players do not deserve the same respect as RU server players. |

Such unfairness in the justice system. I guess it is better to not communicate in foreign language with anyone.

PS: I also got a message from him telling me to watch out and I will be given bigger fines in the future. I have forwarded the message to Insults.
Any foreign messages from strangers (excluding clan members) will be ignored and auto forwarded to Insults from now on.
This should be fair warning to all english speaking players. It is better to not communicate in foreign language or risk incriminating yourself and earning a warning/penalty.
I am glad this time I was only given a warning, (thank u admins). But, I am still positive I did not do anything wrong, as "noob" should not be treated as an insult but to address poor performance from a teammate. How else will we address poor performance of a teammate?
PPS: Remember my last report where a player from the RU server insulted my country of origin as well as called me a "stupid pendos pancake"? Topic was closed and no action was taken.
Really shows how com servers are not given the same fairness and respect as opposed to ru server players. |

I am fine with getting a fine if calling someone a noob for making poor decisions is against the rules, but if this is the case then I ask for fairness in the justice system instead of discriminating against .com players.
If the translation of noob is something vulgar in russian and they are offended by it, then if I am to translate russian and it comes out to "stupid pendos pancake", I am also indeed offended by that. How come he didn't get a warning or fine and I did then?
