Well, I know its mostly useless and is viewed as a status symbol and that's why I wasn't able to decide for a long time whether to buy it or not
But as they say, "Fulfill your desires so that you won't have any regrets in life (in game)* :P"
So, thats why I bought one
I'll probably sell it in days or months but its a good way to dump roulette profit ! :D
Should I make it a 5-star estate or it isn't worth it?

Also, I registered for a clan so my 60k is gone now I don't think its a good idea because it cannot be sold
is there any way to stop the application?

| Actually I had registered spending 60k for application and lost everything in roulette. But after an year when I had 40k it got created automatically. |
