I watched some of his fights and he wins so much fsp i am curious how is it possible.

That guy got less fsp than average player in level 8
So game is giving him 66 % more fsp
Once he gets average fsp limit, the fsp will be back to normal
Similarly, if player is above average fsp in a level...there will get lot of experience

It is a balancing mechanic. When you have much lower fsp than the average for your level you get extra fsp. In his case he gets +67% and ABC adds some extra on top.
