Hi, I would like to ask if anyone had a similar problem.
2 days ago, I wanted to buy 180 diamonds and pay through the SKRILL payment method. I forgot that my SKRILL was not verified (problem with account) and therefore the donate process was rejected.
So I tried it via the Paypal that is verified. I received this message:
1092: Your payment was declined for security reasons. Please try again using a bank/prepaid card for additional verification of your account.
If I try it through a bank account, they will send me the same warning.
I contacted Xsolla two days ago, but they haven't answered me yet. |
