Playing all kinds of PvP you ecounter a great ally or a nasty enemy.
After the game, give us an oprotunity to "give a like" or "give a medal" to that player :)

- Field general
- Friendly ally
- Nasty enemy
(and so on...)

It's always nice to see someone commend you, and that makes people comunicative, friendly and makes the game more fun ~.O
I think that's an unnecessary thing.
most people wouldn't even bother :(

also people may do staged matches just so "show off" their field general medal (x85) on their profile
I actually think it's good to have a measure of reputation for people.

Some people are very selfish in team battles, others are suicidal, other really good team-mates, collaborative, good/bad builds, good/bad winning ratios in solo/team combats, etc...

When we have a choice who we play with in team combats, PVP, or who we assist in hunts, having a measure of reputation will enforce some "civility" among people.

It could be like a meter bar.

As in One person can have a total of 100 medals, no one can exceed that.
Starting from 0 of course.

But let's say someone does find that player to be abusive or non cooperative then they can also give a dislike or thumb down for that battle which can reduce the bar by 1 point.

With this measurement people won't be always rushing to be ahead of others and there will be a limit to staged combats and also others can actually see how good that player is to play with as a team
All fun and games till this becomes a tool of discrimination against the vastly outnumbered .com players in CG. No thanks.

Exactly what i was thinking
Who said anything about bad grades?

Agreed.

for god_mom:
You may not have, but it wouldn't be difficult for a community to just agree that "field general" is code for someone who is rubbish.

Or choosing not to give medals to a certain group of people.
Well some will take it as an offence, other will take it as a nice thing. I played with a lot of people that suggested where to move my shrewes that became a game changing move and for that i would definetly congradulate that person. It's just the way the game presents it. "nasty enemy" can also be an offence looking at it from perspective that that player is a agressive chatter, but on the other hand it can be looked at it as a player who you dont wanna mess with.
You can also just introduce the "like" button where you just press the like and thats it, no medals.
just like buttons will be better :)
I don't like this "like" culture in general.
Well maybe a new thing that you may like! :D

Giving out these type of medals and honors that only the player who has them can see it... I would definetly give a thumbs up to my "nasty enemies" and that thumbs up is just a private thing that only he can see and make him play the game more, and try to make the game even more challenging
utterly pointless. Why even bother with all this? you have people giving you thumbs up/down but it has no visibility to anybody but yourself. IMO if admins picked any of the other ideas from I&S at random, it will result in more useful changes.

Nobody said anything about thumbs down...

If a stranger plays against you and likes your moves and your way of thinking (and also your ally) why wouldn't you congradulate him. Sending a PM is kinda strange but giving a simple "thumbs up" to that person would make a small smile on his face. Likes dont even need to stack so people would go for "collect them all" and brag about it.

Why dont we just make the game more enviorment friendly and when you see that person again that gave you a like last game, wouldnt you try to play better? Especialy if you're in a same team?

Why beeing so judgy? Maybe you'll make new connections :)
