I think Ukraine have more players who own enchanted imperial set (minus the rings), the fights look fairly one sided so far. Quite interesting combats. |

Lol there was 2 v 2 demons with hellfire in one of the war... The entire battleground was filled with gates. That battle was amazing. Demons r pretty cool. |
For the unitiated, can you tell us what the war (or wars in general) are about?
Is it that ukraine is looking for more facilities or is it a long streak of tit-for-tat playing out
I see that #1271 was attacking #278 and #278 is allied with #1519. Some kind of retailiation?

I don't know the reason for this one specifically but I'm guessing it's because these clans are rivals in events and as such, Ukraine wants to destroy 928. Ukraine already has 12 great facilities - Iron legion's facilities are not nearly as good so I don't think Ukraine is interested in them. Afaik they don't have a history of hostilities so they're probably not attacking out of spite.
If Iron legion loses it's territories, many players will leave it and it (probably) won't be able to achieve the top results in events. This gives 1519 a better chance of recruiting the top mercenaries in events and a better chance of getting the best result. That's why I think Ukraine is attacking them to reduce their competition for the top spot in events.
They might also be attacking for fun - Ukraine has a lot of PvP fighters, sometimes they get bored :D |

This is not true man. Various reasons for that -
1. We are not a match for Any Key
2. We refused to attack A&D when pressured at various points of time.
3. We want to recruit active players from A&D and Any Key. We want them to join our startup clan. Fighting with people we want to be in bed with is a stupid idea.
We are not evil. We are trying to build a strong clan. Please do not misunderstand our intent and do not rub us into the dust even when talking about things which do not concern us at all. #928 and #1519 are worried about what was said on the forum. We are worried about how not to get banned on the forum, filling defences and making sure some clan members are able to cross level 10 in events. There is really no comparison and no similarity >.< |

In the last event AK said that if people want to go to Ukraine to help out (keep them #1) then fine. This kind of stuff happens a decent amount at the top. Clans conspiring against another, or one clan agreeing to stay second for example.
The reason why I posted about this war (and not any previous ones) is because I think there may be very large socio impacts from this.
For example, if 928 die, do they position themselves as an events clan? Or do they just die?
Is there now a fear on the forums (not ours) that insulting another clan can lead to your demise?
Will clans wipe another out just to ensure their own higher ranking during events? |
