Please check user using script to buy resources and elements with lower price tran current market value. He switches in on and off also (when low on money it is off).
His log is full of such transfers (you can not spend hours pushing F5 and be the fastes all the time)
Also check the values, for elementals allways rounded values for highest price on each element.
In all cases he buys it 3-5 seconds after the lot is posted
