Basically the most pumped characters of each level as of now...

Which bit don't you understand? It's basically a table at each CL showing who has the most parameter points.

i always thought pumped or not was based on fsp only...
but guess it makes sense that other para's affect it too... |

Early on I think both FSP and guilds matter fairly equally (while FL bonuses are still fairly small)
When you get to FL9-12 in main I think the FSP becomes often more dominant a factor in character development
When FL12 for main is the norm, then the emphasis switches back to other guild development as being more significant (provided FL12 has been reached) |
