AuthorMagic Dwarf
How viable is magic dwarf in pvp? Never seen one personally so I assume it's bad but the fact that you can face it in TG gave me an idea.. probably a bad one but one can wonder. Any players that use it? Would appreciate their links I'd love to check out some games with them and how well they do
No sorcery talent means pure chaos build won't be viable.

DoF builds might work but you won't be able to do anything with troops before first hero turn.
I think there was someone in the paired tourney that used a DoF and holy build for dwarf as a support for their partner. I think there was a mention somewhere in the tourney thread about them
chaos magic for dwarf is a subsidiary choice at high level: you drop some TP in basic chaos, then chose one of the three talets that incapacitate the opponent, and use one or two items to get some SP. That, will give you an edge.

Holy build, on the other hand, is quite efficient. Reserved to high FSL dwarves, but you can start with some average numbers in ATK & DEF, and cast a couple of mass enhancements to start you off; if paired with defensive talents, the troops will be really very sturdy, and then the runes will do the rest.
Specially if you are paired with a hero that requires to be killed fast (elf, DE, knight with shooters build..).
holy dwarf is good for adventurers guild with pirate set, with this set you have comparable attack and defence to most full might build due to the arts, but with holy to buff yourself.
Specially if you are paired with a hero that requires to be killed fast (elf, DE, knight with shooters build..).

That's the other way round to me, you want something that does not die before you start buffing, otherwise the elf or wathever gets bullied by the other two and you end up fighting 2v1 which is not the most desirable outcome.
