Idea -
Increase AP limitation for CGs, so that it doesn't allow players to join with poor arts such as ring of thorns for example.
Why?
Its frustrating.
Since alternative of RoCs are shop art now, atleast AP limitation should be increased which can force players to use those rings.
Its almost a loss from beginning itself when you see your partner with poor arts. Huge wastage of time.
Having player with poor stats,guilds is somewhat okay, but with poor arts too, is somewhat not 'fair'. And usually those players who join with poor arts, are usually one of those formerly mentioned. |
better idea, let's separate players by AP so one that still wants to play the game coolly can do with other people that like him don't want to spend months just to prepare for a fight.
This way perhaps the players database will stop falling down.. Play for fun, ya know :) |
That actually a good addition.
It can be great if battles are formed strictly based upon AP of players. |

Very hard to implement, I will pass this idea to the admins, but I have a feeling it will be hard to implement unless you can come up with a concrete methodology to do this. |

Not quite. The matchmaking algorithm shouldn't be too hard to alter to take AP into consideration. |
Can the algorithm not be altered to match players within +/-2 AP of each other? |
WhAt would the point of CG be if we can play in low ap and get guild points?
Then nobody will go in max ap |
^ The point of me making this thread was allowing everyone to use max AP, extreme max, so that not even those cheap arts like ring of thorns can be used to cover AP limitation as of now. |

If a hero takes enchanted arts in Commander's Guild , this way his AP will be just to high..
This will make the game go crazy!

Thats a valid point. Even though enchants won't affect but it will imbalance AP count.

You want AP groups, to separate rich players with the poor and the ones, who want to advance in CG with min costs. Which is ok, the CG points you get should be after only half, if you got them in the cheap AP battle.
Who will go there with enchanted items, will fight in the high AP group, he didnt considerade the cost, so it is ok, if he wins to get the full CG points. |
+1 for prozyk. It should really be allowed to play only in best arts, otherwise your chances for a win are drastically lower. |
Sorry for double post but now one exception comes to my mind and it must be considered. There are few builds when you can afford to wear cheap 'green set' helmet and armor which give you initiative + soldiers boots. It is called suicide build, mainly used by elves of CL16 and higher. And although it can look very silly and stupid, this build is often very successful. The difference between this set and basic full set is 6AP (3 AP when you use green boots instead but often you really need full initiative instead of few more defense for this build). |

think enhance increase AP count problem can be easily omitted ;)
better yet, let players create their SAME combat level 2x2 matches where they can wear whatever they like ( of course following current AP limit) |
