Anyway sorry, its not my bussiness I guess.
I think in order to have it unblocked you have to contact Administration, telling him/her why, and so on.
Since its totally a Block BOW (By Own Will) I "Think" it wont be too hard to have it back.
I mean, its not Blocked by breaking a game Law, or whatever.

Wow, So I sent a mail to administration (id=2) and it shoes that I've actually sent the mail the Secretary (id=4)
