Could you please clarify how it works?
I thought the HP malus did not depend on fl, however, in a WG battle:

When both stacks had 44 max HP (proclaimers), raising mine would end up with 36 and the AI was at 40 HP (end of battle).
Also what does dominion of undeath talent exactly do? | | It's not been updated most likely. Similar to how shadow barb still had old troops. | | True, I checked, the hero also gets bumped on ATB on raise. Pretty annoying, the recruit count is higher too I can't think how to beat it as UN under the new rules. |
