I want a link that would take me to artifact store and then automatically scroll to "Armour of twilight".
How do I do it?

It's an HTML/browser feature. As long as the element in page has an id, you can append #id to the url to automatically scroll to it when the page is loaded.
I have tested with greasemonkey deactivated (so without demin's hwm_shop script) and it still worked for me. |
I've investigated further, it seems that demin's hwm_shop is adding the needed ids in the artifact shop.
So unless you have this script https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/1222-hwm-shop you won't be able to use such links :( |
