Author | The language barrier |
Greetings to all. I am a player of the Russian-speaking sector of the game. To begin with, I want to apologize for the behavior of some of our compatriots, who are unfriendly to the speakers of other languages. I'll get down to business. Despite the merger of our servers, there is still a barrier between the players. I want to make it possible to switch from an English-speaking forum to a Russian-language forum without a re-login. This will make the interaction between us more comfortable. And generally, it's a long time ago to do something like a synchronous interpreter, which allows players to interact in combat without accessing third-party resources.
I believe that it is you, the English speaking players, who can inform the administration of the game that it is necessary to take some steps towards bringing our communities closer together |
YES. Both Forums together without a Re-Login! +! |
+1, It is very necessary since the Russian players discuss a lot on their forums and many .com players who don't take the hassle of logging in again on .ru forums are unaware of many things related to game. |
the thing is,many russian people understand atleast basic english. 1 in 1000 english people will understand more than privet stalker and blyat Player banned by moderator Meshy until 2018-01-27 11:47:48 // Foul Language // Relapse x6 |

I think it will be like translating 24/7 |
Among other things, the barrier causes problems that affect the gameplay.
For example, the recent event when the combat clan # 41 "Valley of the magi" used as an occasion for a massive attack on the clan #7490 "European Foreign Legion" that "7490", without knowing it, got into the zone of military operations between Talion and PVO. Such accidents must be excluded completely |
Hello Hunter Thompson!
Allowing access to both fora without the need to re-login would be nice. |
+1 great suggestion
Can only help the unity between the different groups. Will it solve all issues, of course not. However, it will move things onwards in the right direction.
There are more Russians with some English, than English speakers with some Russian. We would of course appreciate their assistance in any way. However, this is a game to them not a job. Would I expect them to log on to different server and have a look over here, regularly, of course not. Might they without that barrier. Possibly.
Similarly would I be more inclined to use google translate on the forum and find out what is going on in .ru. Of course. |
+1, better add some translating plug-in. |

I would also like to see an english sector at ru. forum where we could explain our in game problems, since it's not always easy to translate in russian, with out getting banned. |
for Calamity:
Although thats against rules, but I would like to tell you that most of my queries on the russian forum are in english xD
And they didn't ban me too :P |
+1 to forum merge!
Maybe can make the same forum for both communities, but different sections can be there in forum i.e for Russians and English players. In this way, both can have their regular forum + they can see posts/help/or anything, in sections of other community's forum as well ( without re-logging into another server). |
I want to make it possible to switch from an English-speaking forum to a Russian-language forum without a re-login. It will help only those who know two languages. |
I don't think so.
I'd read what's on Russian forum (With help of Google Translate of course) if I wasn't too lazy to login on Ru every time I wanted to, then login in .Com again to play.
Some things you only get to know by reading there. |
for Ipsen:
I'd read what's on Russian forum (With help of Google Translate of course) Do not even dream
There is so written that sometimes I wonder what it is about. Error on error |
I propose to create a General forum thread for com and ru.
It will include Off-game forum, Creative works and discussing official news |
I propose to create a General forum thread for com and ru.
Where it is possible to communicate only in English
Everything else will remain as well.
I would love to talk with you. Like many other)
And besides, you'll be able to safely write and find new friends! ;) |
+1. I think it's worth at least looking into. There should be a Google Translate service or plugin that the developers can use to translate on-demand when the user accesses the page. Granted that players can also install a Google Translate extension for their computer's browser but that does not help people who play on mobile or do not know how to install browser extensions. Seems a bit unfair that those of us who do not understand Russian miss out on the discussions because of the language issue. |
