All these things are "Required" if you want to be "Competitive" in PvP.
You are not "Forced" to do them if you don't wanna.
Many dislike PvP and just PvE.
Depends on your "Goal/Target/Aim". |
The thing about always preparing for the future is that you forget about the present.
If you're into winning PvP then yeah do as you've said. If you just enjoy the game and aren't competitive then do as you please. |
