I've read, they are extremely difficult, not to mention, expensive. | The campaigns get harder the more people win them, the result is at higher levels you need really good arts to win, and often several goes per battle to find the precise tactic. However, if not many people have done them, it should be that this dynamic balancing has not kicked in so much. As such you may find that they are a bit more accessible at level 3 where I can imagine not many people have really done more than the first few battles.
