If i remember correctly, whoever has the highest tower wins the game by timeout, well me and my opponent have the same tower level

Is this a bug? | I honestly never play that, but I can suppose the second win condition might be Wall or Resources, in case Tower is the same for both in Timeout.
... And in that battle he happens to have more Wall and Resources.
But just a supposition. | According to their website
If the game limit time runs out, whoever has higher tower wins the game. All games are played by Empire Capital rules.
So basically I got cheated out of the tournament | | He had more wall too, so its not a bug. | The game wiki says nothing about having more wall/resources, you making an assumption.
I would have play my previous turn differently as well. | 5# Yes, I'm making an assumption, I said it.
But he DID win, and you did not, so we have to check current situation, then ask ourselves "Why?".
Situation was:
- Timeout with him winning, not a draw.
- He happens to have more wall.
- He happens to have more resources.
Coincidence? I don't think, so:
A) Game bug, in which case if somebody comfirms we should report.
B) Second win condition on timeout is Wall, or Resources. Just like in many Tv contests if both guys have same good/correct answers, then the guy with less wrong/incorrect answers wins. Something like that.
Sorry if I sound rude, I need some sleep. :P | I would simply like an official conformation from the Dev's, if there are indeed other factors then it needs to be posted on their "about the game" page.
Otherwise the "bug" could be the last person to plat their hand loses if it is a draw, which would be bug given how the game should work.
Losing because of the rules is one thing, losing because the game is not working as intended is another. | | Confirmation: If the time runs out and both have the same tower then the one with the higher wall wins. It has always been like this, but you're right, it should be written on help page. |
