| Yes it does affect the base efficiency. Keep in mind that each faction has it's own difficulty multiplier. Dwarf, for example has easier caravans than some of the other factions. If you got a 0.8 fsp loss and then switched to a faction that had a higher difficulty multiplier, you might notice no difference in difficulty: In reality, the base difficulty will have reduced, but the multiplier may make it seem like it hasn't. |
