| You may need to switch to the alternate faction if the talent wheel does not work. As a regular demon, I do not have access to confusion and weakness which are granted through the 3rd magic guild. If I switch over to darkness demon, I am allowed to use them. Which spells are you trying to use? |
| Also, I cannot access fireball or ice ring as a red demon until I obtain the appropriate chaos magic talent. I hope any of this helps. |

you can only use lvl 3 spells if you select at least a basic talent in that school of magic area.
So, for example, to use lvl 3 darkness magic you need basic darkness talent.
At the moment, you have no such talent selected, therefore you have no access to those Advanced spells.
Alternatively, you can select "wisdom" talent that will also unlock all lvl 3 available; however note that their effect will be weaker. |
