To make it easier most of his accounts end with 10 and all end with numbers.
In his defence in his profile he says his brother is skill 10, to back this up they have fought a few battles together, thereby being on different machines. I am not sure how they judge whether this is one person using two machines or geniuinely a sibling in the same house - how could you reliably differentiate? Perhaps it does not matter and must stick to the general wisdom that if you were in that situation you do not do transfers to each other, and certainly not exclusively to the financial benefit of one - as these seem to be.
