| Can somebody give me a list of approximate date along with arts type given to us? |
Here are the ones that I remember:
Sword of Cold: Winter 2014, 2015 (December).
Bow of light: Summer 2015, 2016 (around July).
Flame dagger: September 2015.
Ring of cold: Winter 2016 (December).
Can't remember clover of fortune... sometime in March? Or was that cloak of sun. |

1st release? or the second release?
Also after how many days of the release? |
Prices are lowest just after their release, first release it goes down as supply increases then after sale prices creep up as demand > supply
Then 2nd release comes and the process starts again. |
| the price of soc reached the lowest some months after the second release. people were hording the sword during the second release period, so the price didn't go down that much. |
