Go for elves first, with luck and critical they can hit harder and represent a more straight forward target, they will move into range of bears first (As higher ini) allowing you to hit without waiting therefore more time before gates appear.
Given the fact you are against a demon you will not be able to keep your shooters from being overun, so recuit less priests as they will be doing half damage the entire battle. More master spears with no melee penalty and high ini will serve you better here. |
