Summer bonus: + 2% to the salary [I]
Win two fights prior to placement, to maintain and increase the bonus.
Boev won: 0 (bonus will be reset)
you can increase your wage buy 2% each shift up to a total of 50% GIVEN THAT you win 2 battles before your shift ends(not sure if its before your shift ends or before you enroll again)
if you do not do the 2 battles and WIN them, then the bonus is reset |
