It will be easier for the commission to read your appeal if you write proper English with capitals and punctuation. Keep in mind that they are likely Russian and need all help they can get to understand what you are trying to say.
You should actually write properly in this forum too. Most players here does not have English as native language. |

Unfortunately it was blocked almost 2 years ago so since you are so late in appealing you have 0 chance of getting it unblocked :/ I suggest you continue playing with this account, it won't take too long for you to reach lev 10, and right now DE is doing better in pretty much everything compared to knights. |

When being hacked, a character cannot be unblocked if his owner violated the rules concerning additional characters. Whether you are sorry for it or not, the main character cannot be unblocked.
That was their decision.

They found that the account Hsuri had illegal transfers with Harshit_suri. You cannot transfer between multiple accounts that you own. They are meant to be dependent. Even if the hack was not your fault, you broke the rules anyway and that is why you are not being unblocked. The time period passing does not matter, as you did break the rules.

No amount of complaining, being upset or else will get the account unblocked I am afraid. So now it is best for you to make a decision about how you want to move on from that account. |
