1. Are you wearing maximum ap? It seems like your attack and defense is a little low. The best equipment will make a big difference.
2. Basic offense and battle fury will increase your goblin archers' and wolves' by a lot. It will be better than leadership and rally.
3. It might have been better to defend with wolves and ogres in the beginning, and use wolves and ogres to protect your shooters while you let the necro's troops come in range. The necro has no shooters - take advantage of this.
